The “customer” refers to any persons entering into a contract by making a purchase from the company. 

No products can be supplied as ordered from the website until they have been paid for in full. All products are supplied as being fit for human consumption. Any dissatisfaction with our products or of the condition in which they arrive must be reported to the head office of the company with in 24 hours of delivery, where a full investigation of the complaint will be made and responded to by our technical staff.

 

All information contained in our website has been compiled with our best intention
and accuracy. The company cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy that may appear due to mistakes or misprints .We reserve the right to change without notice any item offered for sale, including prices or accompanying information.

 

A contract will only be accepted once goods have been paid for in full and despatched to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any problems that may occur during the transportation of the goods. This aspect will be covered by the carrier’s insurance, although we will make every effort to ensure that the goods arrive in good order and on time. We cannot be held responsible for any goods that may be out of stock due to supply problems of raw materials .Orders can only be processed and despatched from Monday to Friday. Our intention is to deliver products by the next working day once the order has been accepted by our company.

 

The company can not accept responsibility for any allergic reaction caused by our products or for failures in the manufacture of other products containing goods purchased from our company. The company cannot accept responsibility for any injuries caused by or in connection with any of our products .We advise that all labels are read and any recommendations on the labels are adhered too. All our products are labelled with contents and date /batch codes. This ensures our full traceability of the product. Each product bears a ‘best before date’ which is generally six months from date of process.

 

We recommend that all our products be stored in an airtight container once opened and away from bright sunlight in a cool dry place. General refrigeration can be used as long as moisture does not get to the product. Products should be used within their ‘best before date’ to get the best from the product. We can not be held responsible if this recommendation is not adhered too.

 

Collections from the factory can only be made by appointment. This is due to Health and Safety regulations, as it is a working environment with machinery, fork lift trucks and heavy lorries.
